1. Products

The products on the Casa México site are offered within the limits of available stocks. Casa México informs you of the availability of products on the site. However, if products prove to be unavailable after your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and invite you to cancel or modify your order. Photographs and product descriptions are not contractual. A best before date is a date defined by the manufacturer that lets you know the time period in which a product's flavor/quality is optimal. It's about quality-- not safety, which means that a product remains perfectly safe to consume and enjoy months after its BB date.

2. Price

​The prices appearing in the catalog are prices in euros, exclusive of taxes. Casa México  reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only price applicable to the customer.
The final price indicated in the order confirmation is expressed including taxes and shipping costs. The customer is responsible for taxes such as customs duties or applicable local VAT which may be claimed by local authorities.

3. Promotions

Any special offer notified to the customer is applicable to the order within the limits of the conditions described in the offer. To benefit from these discounts and gifts, the special offer code must be indicated in the "Coupon" field when ordering online. If this code is not indicated, the application of this offer remains at the discretion of Casa México.
Special offers cannot be combined and cannot be applied to products whose prices are already reduced and presented as special prices.

4. Orders

The customer who wishes to place an order must:
- chose their products on our page, and complete the online order form including shipping and contact information
- validate order after having checked it;
- adhere to the General Conditions of Sale;
- make the payment under the conditions provided;
- confirm their order and payment.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. The information transmitted to Casa México when ordering engages the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an error or omission of information in the recipient's details, Casa México cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the items ordered. This information can no longer be modified after the order has been confirmed, please double check the information you entered is correct.
Casa México will send an email confirmation that the order has been placed.

5. Deliveries

The shipment is made by parcel post, traceable in Portugal and in Europe. An email is sent to the customer with the information to track their package.
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form. The information transmitted to Casa México when ordering engages the responsibility of the customer. These can no longer be modified after the order has been confirmed. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, Casa México cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the items ordered.

 

Casa México undertakes to prepare and ship the products ordered within two working days following the validation of payment. The risks are the responsibility of the customer from the moment the products have left the premises of Casa México.

 

In the event of damage during transport, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery. When receiving the package, the customer must check the contents. The customer can make a complaint if the contents of the package do not conform to his order. See the following article "Withdrawals" for more details.
Delivery times are only indicative; if these exceed 14 days from the validation of the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the customer reimbursed.

 

6. Withdrawals

Customers benefit from a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the order to return the product to Casa México against its exchange or refund. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. Whatever the reason for the withdrawal, you must notify Casa México in advance by email (orders@casamexicopt.shop). If the return of products is accepted, you will be given a return number (RMA) which must be noted on the package. The items must then be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging intact. Please follow the instructions on the following document.

 

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on products which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact the Casa México team. In case of return or cancellation, the refund will be executed within 14 days.

 

7. Responsibilities

Casa México is committed to providing all the care in use in the profession to satisfy its customers. However, Casa México cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded due to a fortuitous event or a case of force majeure such as, and without limitation, disasters, strikes, fires, floods, failure or breakdown. material, means of transport, communication, or because of the customer's actions.
The products offered comply with current Portuguese legislation. Casa México declines all responsibility in the event that the delivered product does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery.

 

Casa México cannot be held responsible for any delay due to a supplier. Casa México can in no way be held responsible for any damage that may result from improper use of the products sold: allergies, poisoning, etc.
Casa México's liability will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All the elements of the Casa México site are and remain its intellectual and exclusive property. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether they are software, visual or sound.

 

9. Protection of personal data and confidentiality​

All data provided by the customer will be treated with the strictest confidentiality by Casa México. Each customer has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him. To do so, all you have to do is make a request by email to the following address: info@casamexicopt.shop

 

10. Settlement of Disputes

In the event of a problem with the interpretation of the General Conditions of Sale, the conditions of online sale are subject to Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Portugal, notwithstanding the plurality of defendants or call in warranty.
